Structural Designer/ Engineer in Training
Justin graduated from the University of California Davis with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science in 2001. After several years working in the tech industry in the Bay Area, the lure of the mountains drew him to Tahoe and a job as a ski lift mechanic at Alpine Meadows. Two years of climbing lift towers and rebuilding grip assemblies was enough, and he shifted his career into the field of Structural Design and Civil Engineering in the greater Lake Tahoe Basin. Justin has over 13 years experience in residential and commercial construction, remodels, additions, repairs, energy analysis and green building. He utilizes his diverse experience and creative approach to bring a pragmatic yet inventive vision to all projects and to the MWA team.

We had such a terrific experience with Kristi at MWA. Honestly, we can't say enough about her friendly personality, attention to detail and pride in her work. We saw MWA's advertisement in a magazine and simply called to make an appointment. Kristi came to our home for a casual interview and from there suggested a few builders that we might consider in the Tahoe Area. Kristi led us to our awesome builder, Heller Construction and from there it was cake. What began as a small remodel turned into a full on renovation down to the foundation. Kristi rolls with the punches and has an awesome team of engineers and office staff to make it all look seamless.
