Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
Stefanie was born and raised in Germany. After living and working in several countries, she settled in Truckee in 2007. She spent 15 years managing a local hotel and restaurant, where she developed a strong foundation in all aspects of business administration, including human resources, payroll, financial management, operations, and day-to-day business functions. This experience provided her with a broad understanding of the many components required to successfully operate and manage a business.
Stefanie joined the MWA, Inc. team in 2022, bringing her diverse background and operational expertise to support the firm’s administrative, HR, and organizational needs.
Outside of work, Stefanie enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, biking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, backpacking and exploring the Tahoe area with her beloved Mountain Chihuahua, Tuco, by her side.

Kristi and MWA designed a beautiful "mountain modern" home for us. She listened to our needs and delivered a floor plan an home style that matched what we were envisioning. With high ceilings, a very efficient use of space, and indoor/outdoor living, we are very happy with the design. The process was also very painful on our end and Kristi's team was professional and helpful throughout the project. She is very detail oriented and addressed our questions thoroughly. We are happy we went with MWA for our project!
