MWA is working to Permit plans for the reconstruction of this 97 acre camp for developmentally disabled children that was 95% destroyed in the 2020 Santa Cruz CZU fire. The campus will consist of 30 plus buildings totaling more than 30,000 SF and include a Dining/Multi-purpose building, Arts and Crafts building, Health serviced building as well as 12 Camper cabins and supporting showers and bathrooms. The Campus infrastructure will also be largely replaced and brought up to current code.
